We used p-methoxy aniline and N, N-bis (2-haloethyl) -4-nitroaniline as raw materials, in aprotic solvents, alkaline conditions, process the condensation cyclization, and finally catalytic hydrogenation to obtain 1-(4-Aminophenyl)-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)piperazine 74853-08-0. It should be noted that during the reaction, the temperature and the use of the catalyst have a significant effect on the yield.
